PRICES
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND OUR PRICES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. PRICES ARE CORRECT AT THE TIME OF PUBLICATION.

ALL ORDERS ARE DEALT WITH AS SOON AS THEY ARE RECEIVED AND WE AIM TO DESPATCH WITHIN 4 DAYS OF RECEIPT. HOWEVER, SOME ITEMS MAY TAKE LONGER.

SHIPPING ADDRESS INFORMATION
DANNYS TATTOO SUPPLIES LTD CANNOT ACCEPT CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUESTS AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SHIPMENT TO ADDRESSES OTHER THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS WITHOUT PRIOR PAYMENT IN FULL.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES AND ANY OTHER SHIPPING TAXES THAT YOUR COUNTRY MAY COLLECT BEFORE DELIVERING THE PACKAGE TO YOU. WE SUGGEST THAT YOU CHECK WITH YOUR CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER TO SEE WHAT THESE CHARGES MAY BE AS THEY VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
CASH MAY BE SENT, BUT THIS MUST BE IN POUND STERLING AND MUST BE SENT BY REGISTERED MAIL, AS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES ENDURED THROUGH THE POST.

CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED FROM MOST COUNTRIES AND ARE WITHOUT SURCHARGE, HOWEVER WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DELIVER ONLY TO THE CARDHOLDERS BILLING ADDRESS. IF REQUESTING AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS PLEASE STATE THIS ON YOUR ORDER, ALONG WITH YOUR CARD REGISTERED ADDRESS. YOU MAY BE ASKED TO PROVIDE US WITH PROOF OF YOUR ADDRESS AT ANYTIME. IF YOU REFUSE TO PROVIDE US WITH THIS EVIDENCE, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. THIS IS TO PREVENT CREDIT CARD FRAUD. IF YOU ARE USING A CREDIT CARD NOT BELONGING TO YOURSELF, YOU MUST GIVE THE CARDHOLDERS FULL NAME, ADDRESS AND CONTACT TELEPHONE NO. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONTACT THE CARDHOLDER TO OBTAIN APPROVAL. USE OF STOLEN CREDIT CARDS WILL RESULT IN INTERNATIONAL POLICE NOTIFICATION AND COURT ACTION IN ALL CASES. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CONTACT THE CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION DEPARTMENT TO CONFIRM THE DETAILS GIVEN.

CHEQUES ARE WELCOME, BUT PERSONAL CHEQUES MUST BE CLEARED PRIOR TO SHIPPING. THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FROM WHEN WE RECEIVE THE CHEQUE. CHEQUES MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO: DANNY'S TATTOO SUPPLIES LTD - CORRECTLY SIGNED AND DATED. CHEQUES NOT WRITTEN OUT CORRECTLY WILL BE RETURNED.

BANK TRANSFERS ARE WELCOME FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS ONLY, THERE IS A SMALL CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS.

SHIPPING
ALL ITEMS ARE SENT IN APPROPRIATE PACKAGING AND DELIVERED BY COURIER. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIME AND WILL ALWAYS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

IF YOU FEEL THAT THE PARCEL MAY BE LOST OR DELAYED IN ANYWAY, PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM THE GOODS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. WE HAVE DIRECT LINK UP WITH OUR COURIERS TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF THE PARCEL AT ALL TIMES. WHEN THE PARCEL IS DELIVERED WE ALSO HAVE THE NAME, ADDRESS AND THE TIME IN WHICH THE PARCEL WAS ACCEPTED. ONCE THE PARCEL HAS BEEN ACCEPTED IT IS NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBILITY.

DAMAGED ITEMS / SHORT SHIPMENTS / WRONG GOODS RECEIVED
DANNY'S TATTOO SUPPLIES LTD MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE PARCEL OF ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS. NOTIFICATION MAY BE BY PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL. THE INVOICE NUMBER AND YOUR CUSTOMER NUMBER MUST BE QUOTED. WE WILL EXCHANGE ANY WRONG GOODS RECEIVED AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE THEM BACK FROM THE CUSTOMER IN GOOD CONDITION, UNUSED AND RESALEABLE. RETURN POSTAGE WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT.

REFUSED, UNCLAIMED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED BY THE PERSON IT WAS SHIPPED TO OR ORDERS THAT ARE UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS WILL BE HANDLED AS FOLLOWS:

SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOU WANT THE ORDER RE-SHIPPED NORMAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY.

A RESTOCK FEE OF 10% BASED ON THE COST OF THE MERCHANDISE WILL BE ASSESSED THE REMAINING AMOUNT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE INDIVIDUAL ORIGINALLY BILLED FOR THE ORDER.

RETURNS POLICY
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING ANY ITEMS BACK, AS ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED TO YOU. WE ONLY SELL QUALITY PRODUCTS - SO IF YOU DO HAVE A PROBLEM - PLEASE CONTACT US. ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED AND RESALEABLE - UNLESS FAULTY - WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ACCEPTANCE. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SENDING GOODS BACK AND MUST ONLY BE SENT BY A "SIGNED FOR" METHOD, DANNY'S TATTOO SUPPLIES LTD WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR GOODS LOST OR DAMAGED WHILE BEING RETURNED.
